Welcome to Kansas City Board of Public Utilities new customer portal.  Please note that your username and password will not be the same as they were for the old Customer Self-Service portal. Everyone will need to register their account in order to access the new customer portal.  

Residential accounts will use the primary account holder’s birthdate as the Registration Code. Non-Residential accounts will use the phone number associated with the account as the Registration Code.  When registering your account, please be sure to enter your information exactly as it appears on your bill.  To register, please complete all of the information below.

If you are a FlexPay customer, please go to www.myusage.com to access your account.

Customers will have to register for a new online account in order to access MyMeter! Select ‘Register’ and follow the prompts to create a new account. You will need to provide your account number and the name on the account (exactly as it appears on your bill).

Residential customers will use their date of birth as their registration code. Commercial customers will use the phone number on their account as their registration code.

If you are enrolled in scheduled credit cards payments, you do not have to register. However, you will need to reset your password to login. This can be done via the “Forgot Password” button.

You do not need to register to use the below "Pay My Bill Now" feature.
